Windows are good but good luck trying to get anyone to return your call if you have an issue. Warranty dept don't pick up ( I have left 5 messages in 10 days). Tried service Manager twice as well and nothing!
Delighted with process from start to finish. Three Windows replaced including bay window and very Happy with the look and quality of these Windows. We did look at a couple of other companies but happy we chose Brock. A couple of teething problems and emails not returned after initial post so down to seven stars.

Came in to repair some tiles and replace worktop that another company made a complete mess off. They came and saw what needed replacing prior but on day of job said that tiles couldn't be replaced so damaged tiles left as is and they managed to damage replacement granite worktop as well!. One star because work is slightly better then other company. We now have to get another company in replace tile and worktop. Not too happy with customer service either, no response from them!
