Very dishonest. Nickle-and-diming at every turn. Job was also "completed" way-below what was promised in terms of results, quality and time. Refused to come and fix problems that were discovered in their workmanship the very next day unless we pre-pay for more work! We refused, and we thought that the repair would be minor, but once we hired a second company to fix these issues, we had to spend $1700 to fix the problems that were discovered by them. The second company said that Designs By Kenmar either didn't know what they were doing, or were trying to only do a superficial job to cut costs (their savings of $200-400 on their cutting corners cost us $1700!). They also said that if we were to try to sell the house, a home inspector would not have passed the inspection due to this, as some of the work would have resulted in mold and even electrical fire hazard! Stay away. Far away.
