Our home is approximately 20 years home and 3 of the 5 bathrooms needed upgrading. We retained Oakville Kitchen Designers and Towne Contracting to design the bathrooms and execute the work. We were extremely pleased with the design, the products and the workmanship. The trades workers were all highly skilled, considerate and all of them understood the importance of regular open communication. When we wanted something changed or were not satisfied with something it was attended to and addressed immediately. The quality of the cabinets were exceptional and also special mention to Ivan who installed all the honed marble which is extraordinary. We had also used Oakville Kitchen Designers for our kitchen renovation a couple of years ago. The bathrooms and the kitchen are truly showpieces that everyone comments on. We would highly recommend both Oakville Kitchen Designers and Towne Contracting.

Our kitchen was approximately 20 years old and needed updating. We visited a number of kitchen companies, but decided on Kitchen Designers Plus because of the cooperation and "no pressure" sales tactics offered by John. In addition, John worked very closely with us to ensure all our ideas were incorporated into the final design. John's innovative thinking was also appreciated. The concept design pictures were extremely beneficial in helping us envision the final outcome. The reno's including gutting the complete kitchen, including removal of bulkheads, flooring throughout the kitchen and hallway and construction of a new wall to make the new kitchen more functional. The crew took exceptional care in protecting other parts of the house from dust and debris during the demolition process. In terms of installation, Gino and his crew did a fantastic job installing approximately 800 ft2 of travertine tile. Their workmanship ranks extremely high versus other tile jobs I have seen or been involved with. Needless to say the final product looks superb. Paul, Bruce, and Frank did a great job installing the Norcraft custom maple cabinetry and custom crown molding. They all took great care with the installation and each of them had very high expectations of the workmanship and final installation. Lam and his crew did an exceptional job cutting and installing the granite counters. They also did a great job ensuring the fit was to perfection in all areas. Last but not least we would also like to recognize Rob who executed all of the electrical work. He did an exceptional job coordinating all the electrical work around the other trades including 2 new cable runs (50 amp service) from the panel through a finished basement with drywall ceilings. Rob was also very in tune with our needs and adjusted the positioning of new lighting fixtures to satisfy our needs. We are extremely pleased and excited about our new kitchen! We would recommend Kitchen Designers Plus to anyone considering a new kitchen or a renovation of a kitchen. Excellent design and excellent finished product.
