We had to move from Banff to Calgary on very short notice. My wife contacted Nibia Movers and they made adjustments to accommodate our schedule. Their pricing was inline or lower than all other companies that we contacted as well. When they arrived they did more than promised and helped us with the last minute packing that we hadn't completed. They arrived right on schedule even though they had a long drive just to get to Banff from Calgary. The move was very efficient. All the furniture and un-boxed materials were safely blanketed, the fragile items safely stacked and secured. During the whole move, they were very attentive to details, safety and damage prevention. Nothing was dropped, broken or even scratched during the move. They protected the floors before anything or anyone was on or off the truck. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I would absolutely use Nibia again for our moves and highly recommend them to others. Moving is never fun but Nibia Movers took the worst parts of the move and made them a worry-free experience for an exceptionally fair price. Their attention to positive customer care and satisfaction makes it evident that they are in this business for the right reasons. Their greatest concern is doing a great job in providing fantastic service for their clients. It was a real pleasure to have Nibia Movers do our move.
