Toilet needed replacing after my toddler jammed it up bad. Graham worked with me over the phone with texts and pics to choose toilet I wanted and came right over for the install. It was easier for us to pay him for toilet he picked up as my toddler was being a maniac, and he didn’t upcharge me as bad as I thought for putting in the extra leg work. Cleaned up after himself and removed old toilet to the recycle yard. Did it same day which was unexpected as it was afternoon. Will use again, and would recommend highly. Thanks!
