Our floors were damaged from our previous renters. We got a few quotes however Kevin was professional and we were confident he knew what he was doing. We weren't able to match the floors so we had to have the entire unit sanded and refinished (610 sq. ft.). Kevin was able to finish the unit in approx. 3 days. What a transformation! I would highly recommend Kevin for any of your floor needs.
