An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Sunday evening Dec 18th I Scheduled a service call online for Monday Dec 19th. This was regarding a broken furnace. Within minutes I was called and informed that a technician could respond immediately. We were planning on making do till Monday, as I assumed that Sunday rates would be exorbitant. I was happy to learn that I would not be charged more for Sunday, or for the evening hour. I quickly agreed and was advised that a technician would be dispatched. Gas tech.
