This February I had them remove an old, extremely drafty, wooden exterior door and replace it with a new metal door I’d purchased. They arrived on time, the work was started promptly and finished within the day. When I impetuously asked if they could also install new smart locks on two other doors in the house they were happy to do it. The bill came in within the estimate quoted to me and the additional charge from the locks being $20 each. Excellent workmanship and professional attitude!

Rob from Lumos was amazing This old duplex still needs lots of work, but the doorbell now works, the back porch now has a light, the standard backyard light has been upgraded to the motion detector kind and the loose wire in a basement light fixture was also dealt with. Rob has all the qualities you look for in a tradesperson- time from estimate to starting work was minimal, he’s punctual, tidy, congenial and down-to -earth and he really knows his stuff.
