Do Not Use Roto Rooter. They will not book an appointment with out a credit card, they they charge your credit card more than twice their worst scenario quote and dot tell you. You have to bug them to get a copy of the invoice and they provide no detail or explanation. Then they wont respond to calls or emails about the billing. No parts use and in the house 1.5 hours during mid-day Monday operating hours on a Monday that was not a holiday. I am posting this after not getting any reply from them. Find a different company..
