Sam was very prompt in attending. We read the terms of service on his website and there were no surprises. He w as able to clean and repair our problem and took down ordering info should we need a new part in the future. Very satisfied.
We wanted to update the look of our master bedroom last decorated 20 years ago. The scope included getting rid of the popcorn ceiling, removing existing wallpaper and painting with an updated color. James was very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. He explained the various phases, what we should expect and how his company made a difference in the care they took and quality of the work. The job was completed with a minimum of disruption and exactly on time and budget. We are extremely pleased with the color that James helped us choose.
