Very, very poor craftsmanship! Not well organized. Very messy! they do not clean the site when finished. I had to do it myself. Very eager for the money! One day before the job was done he really demanded all payment right away. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Two years after the job, this is the result.
Very nice people to work with, quick service, fair prices and great craftsmanship. Very happy with their service and I will definitely contact them again for my next project. Highly recommended.

Concrete Porches and Balconies
I meet Mr. Fernando in 2011 for my interior renovation and I was quite happy with his service. So in 2013 I went back, this time for the exterior renovation of the porches and balconies. We meet many times at the site with his team to study the plan. He kept me always updated of everything along the way. Extremely professional with his work, took care of everything from the application, committee of adjustment, three permit to building permits. Definitely I would recommend GS Designers to friends or anyone who's deciding to do a renovation or addition.
I am very satisfied with the service done by Mr. Fernando. He looked after everything from redesigning the interior of the duplex, permits, city front tree permit, plumbing, HVAC permit. Excellent work and fast. Also recomend me other professionals at my request that I was very satisfied with their service. Definitly I would go back to GS Designers Ltd for my exterior renovation in the future and I recomend it to others.
