Still shopping for the ideal recliner for my husband. At La-Z-Boy Galleries in Richmond, they didn't trail me throughout the store, but were available as soon as I had a question. Able to try everything and all the differences were carefully laid out for me. Easy!

Always prompt, always tidy, always thorough. When I ask for something out of the ordinary, like washing the sides of the downspouts - done. Careful scheduling so they don't take on more than they can do - well.
