Brad closed up a wall (vapor barrier, drywall) and then brought all of the finishings, including some tough to match cork flooring, back to their original state. Brad provided us with a detailed quote that he stuck to, he consulted us throughout the project on various decisions/options, left the room clean each day when he left, completed the job on time and the finished product is as good as new - you can't even tell that any sort of repair has been done to the basement! We would highly recommend Brad and his work!
