The caulking around our home was visibly cracked and we can definitely feel it in our home whether it was summer or winter. Some rooms in our home even had heavy winds drafting through making it uncomfortable. Found Sealtight online requesting for a quote. To provide an accurate quote, Brandon actually came out to our home during a time that was suitable for both sides and also set a date convenient date. The quote was very reasonable and had no surprises. He arrived on time and with his team and supplies, started early morning, and finished in a few hours leaving no mess and a job well done. Brandon also confirmed that all the caulking was original builder's stuff so none of the previous owners ever did re-caulking. We normally turn the thermostat very high around 24 degrees Celsius or more during the winter but after Brandon's work, we are warm at 23! All rooms are also so much more comfortable to be in now. Recently purchased a queen mattress set here during a special 'no tax' promotion. This isn't a very large store, but don't be fooled, your bed and mattress needs would more than likely be fulfilled here. The sales staff was a little pressuring, but even though we took awhile to make a decision, they were patient throughout the process answering all of our questions. There was also free delivery offered and the delivery men came a few days later. Unfortunately, there was a little rip on the mattress and that took some time to resolve - getting them to come back to exchange with a new one free of charge. Overall, pretty satisfied but just be careful and inspect your delivery when it arrives.

I was offered a free 750mL Culligan Water bottle a few years back at a Home Show convention, and since then I have never looked back. The water just tasted so pure and refreshing. Since then, I have gotten my 18L water jug refills for my water cooler at this location. The price is fair and the service is never lacking. More importantly, the location is just right off of the Hanlon or Silvercreek so it's easily accessible whether I'm coming from home or grocery shopping. When we move, we will definitely put Culligan on the top of our list for a water softener/reverse osmosis system.

Came here to purchase some flowering plants for an Environmental initiative at work. Very friendly and helpful staff helped me pick which plants would be easiest to grow and maintain, and also gave useful advice & tips AFTER helping me neatly pack them in my car. The location is convenient and the layout is very organized despite having a lot of things outdoors. Add that to the high level of service without any sales pressure, makes Brock Road Nursery very easy to recommend!

We purchased our Water Softener & Reverse Osmosis system from Water Smart shortly after we moved to our newly built home in 2003. We found that our water was not as soft, especially compared to our friends who also had water softeners from various companies. Since 2003, we've had WaterSmart techs come out a few times to check it out and do maintenance work, but it wasn't until recently when my tank had been damaged that they came to do something about the hard water and saying something like, "Guelph's water is too hard", which was another $400 out of my pocket [December 2011]. . Everything is fine now though, but we just wished they could've taken care of this sooner. Took them 8 years to say that Guelph's water is hard?

We purchase a lot of things from the Brick [we deal with Mona at the Guelph SilverCreek location] because they tend to have great deals, especially during the holidays. They had a promotion for a mattress set and LCD TV, which we took advantage of. With the bundle, we purchased the their 360 warranty program, and we were glad we did. The power turned on but there was no image. We called the Brick and they sent a tech out the next business day on site to our home and honoured their warranty program. A few months later for 2010 Boxing Week, we came back to purchase another big screen LCD bundle with blu-ray home theatre, reclining sofa set, and buffet&hutch, all with the 360 warranty program. Another great deal of course, and it was nice dealing with Mona and team there as always.
