Brian was wonderful to do business with. He picked up and delivered 4 area carpets, always kept me informed of times and dates for pick up and delivery and even placed the carpets back where they belonged, including 1 very large and heavy carpet that had to go under the bed. The carpets look like new, even the fringe. I would use Steamers again!
