We got a quote over the phone and they were there that week. Once arrive she realized she needed bigger traps which cost a bit more than the estimate. The next day ALL the poison was gone. Bye rodents. We never needed their warranty, but they have a decent one if rodents returned in a certain amount of time or we needed anything else. Hope we dont need too - but would rehire. They came a few years back but wanted to update: no issues yet!

Alan was so sweet and did a phenomenal job. He came for an estimate and was there 2 days later. He took time and care to make sure everything was done right even when our new dimmer was acting wonky. I will definitely be getting his service in the future.
