This company came to do a repair for a roof leaking, they did a lousy unprofessional job that is leaked again in a few months. During the repair, they damaged my fireplace directly under the repair area. They still haven't come back to rectify the damage nor compensate me an adequate money for my loss.

The service man came promptly as requested. Checking and repair works were done but the costs is more than we have expected but, what option do I have?! I think they shouldn't have charged for that amount for the works!

The adviser was sent by R&C Energysaving to do inspection and give advice. However, we feel that he didn't so an adequate and thorough inspection. When asked questions, he didn't explain it well and rude in attitude. No report was written until we asked him to provide...and R&C Energysaving claimed would take 2 weeks to finish the comprehensive report! We feel very uncomfortable about the whole exercises. We were not informed adequately and appropriately.

The company sent an adviser to do assessment for the entire house but, he rushed and finished the job w/o even sending us a report before they sent in a contractor for the work. The workers did a careless job and accidentally blew the loose material all over the floor, the walls and the ceiling! They didn't clean up well before they left our house. Lousy Workmanship!!
