We woke up this morning to find that our furnace had died overnight, and with a rapidly cooling home. I called Karel, who was able to immediately schedule us in (and was over in less than an hour!). He was rapidly able to identify the problem with our furnace, source a replacement part, and finish the fix in a matter of hours. Amazing! And during the process, Karel gave clear explanations on what he was doing and gave helpful advice on how I should maintain the furnace and our electrical system going forward.
