Had a mold problem in the HVAC system of my condo. Contacted Maple Leaf Mold, and Robert came out to inspect the problem, and provide a quote. Work completed a couple of days later. Even called to say he was going to be late (traffic). Work was thorough and well done, and included remediation and reinsulation. Robert was kind enough to come back the next day when I had questions. He showed me photos he had taken before commencing work which showed that apparently an earlier contractor had removed the condensate line (which is quite possibly what caused the mold to build up!) Thanks for the great work.

Needed new dryer hooked into vent system (stacked washer/dryer in small, tight laundry closet) , reconnect a disconnected vent behind drywall, vent cleaning. Dryer Vent Cleaning over 10ft, Transition Hose Installation (the venting duct from the back of the dryer, which he provided), Drywall Removal (to give him access to a reattach a duct disconnected by a different "installer"), Booster Fan Cleaning. Took about 1 hour including cleaning up. Eslam was professional, friendly and willing to explain what he was doing. Would definitely hire again.

Contacted Master Kleen at the last minute, and they scheduled me for 2 days later. Whole empty house excluding walls. Fantastic work, even got a shower stall very clean that another cleaning company said could not be cleaned. 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living /dining, granny suite in basement, 2.5 baths. Bill arrived at the house before me, but respectfully waited until just before our scheduled start time before knocking on the door. Was winter so he wore booties, whereas Johnathan changed his shoes, even though I hired them to clean floors: to me that is another sign of respect. 3 hours or so, and they were done. Great service, definitely recommended.

Empty house under 2000 sq ft, 4 bed, 2.5 bath, granny suite in basement. Painted, 2 coats, baseboards and repaired minor holes (from artwork). Mike was professional and gave a thorough quote, and made recommendations on what to paint and what not to "waste" money on (i.e. no return on investment when reselling). Ali oversaw the actual painting, and called nightly with updates. Work done on time, and looked great. Would recommend, and use again.

Needed a whole home clear out, including very heavy wooden furniture, patio furniture, hundreds of books and hundreds of bolts of fabrics. They had to haul a ton of stuff out of the crawl space, get rid of small items and big items, work out equipment etc. Roman, Angelo and Gordy were fantastic. Friendly and considerate of the sensitivity of the reason for the clear out. We bought them some coffee, but they did not need any caffeine to get the job done fast. They took half a day to do something I was not sure could even be done in one full day. Would use again.
