The installation of 7 motorized shades was sub standard, resulting in gaps and miscalculation with the size required. They supplied a hand written invoice without the company name on it. I called for service to repair 4 of 7 shades, they ignored me. I followed up with an email with details of the malfunctioning shades, still no reply. I do not recommend.
