I wish I called Dimitri when I first started having issues with my commercial dishwasher. I had called in different company about two months ago to fix a heating issue with my high temp glass dishwasher. This other company wasnt able to fix the problem after 3 visits. I had spent quite a bit on two parts and it still wasnt fixed. I was finally told that to fix the washer, I'd need to spend an additional $2200. I called Dimitri for a second opinion. He arrived for our appointment, and found the issue in no time. He saved me from paying for an unnecessary part. He even followed up a couple days later to make sure things were still working.
