I messaged Michael because we had some issues with our houses humidifier and needed a furnace inspection since he last replaced it two years ago. Michael replied very quickly, scheduled an appointment and was flexible in his timing as we both work from home. We also recognized that I had purchased the wrong humidifier filter and Michael dropped off three new filters the next day to save us the drive. We will continue using MDM Mechanical for all our HVAC needs and are overall extremely comfortable with his service, professionalism and quality of work.

I found Michael online after being quoted for a new furnace from some of the bigger HVAC companies in the GTA. Michael from the moment we first connected was genuine, patient and understanding of the immediacy of our situation. We had been living in our home for 6 months and our furnace completely broke in the middle of a cold Winter night. The next day I called him to explain our situation and he even offered to jump on facetime with me so I could show him our situation through video. Two days later he was at our house early in the morning and worked throughout the day until the afternoon. My girlfriend and I both work from home but Michael was so efficient, clean and thorough we were able to get through the day without any major disturbances. Towards the end of the work Michael brought me down to our new furnace and explained the work he had done, showed me how to work our new thermostat and cleaned up his station very well. All in all, he's a fantastic servicemen, someone we will use moving forward, and definitely someone we will recommend to our family and friends. Thanks Michael, we are nice and cozy in our well-heated home.
