My experience was amazing, Ryan from Merrken maintenance was an absolute blessing! He helped us remove a lot of junk that was left by the tenant and cleaned up the unit. They offer complete services so that I didn't need to hire a second company for large item removal. Price is also very reasonable so I'll definitely be referring them to my other clients.

Derrick and his team did an amazing job painting my clients home so that we can put it up for sale. He had good communication, great pricing and quality work. I would definitely be referring him to any other clients I have.
