Jim at PPC served us in two ways: Racoon situation and in house mouse situation. Neither are pleasant to deal with. First of all, Jim's response time is second to none. I know he is busy, but he responds very quickly. Jim's follow up and follow through, along with his technical knowledge sits in the elite category. Rare today is that one finds the perfect balance between technical knowledge and "bedside manner". Jim and PPC were a pleasure to deal with, on time, very reasonable and got the job done! What more could someone ask for? I would highly recommend PPC.
