Ordered 14 up/down blinds in August. 9 have broken. Tells you about the shoddiness of the product. I phoned on November 6 to have the blinds removed and money refunded. It took an escalation team until December 24 to get my money refunded. It is now January 3, 2019 and the blinds are still here. Someone was supposed to contact me to arrange removal--so far no one has contacted me. Shoddy product and lousy customer service.
