Wow, Homestars should pay Locksmith Pros for being amazing ambassadors! This being holiday season, they could've charged a premium but they didn't. I called them late in the day and they could've charged more but they didn't. Job was done well without damaging original lock. Though he arrived in a vehicle not bearing the company name/logo, Amit was well dressed and was professional throughout. Here's my timeline: 6.30pm - Posted request on Homestars 6.41pm - Locksmith Pros call me saying they will send someone. 6.45pm - Amit calls me confirming he is from Locksmith Pros and can arrive in about half an hour. 7.20pm - Amit arrives, unlocks my door in 5mins. 7.35pm - Paid and happy A nightmare solved in under an hour, no cash grabs even though it's holiday season. Flat rate even though it was late in the day. What more could I ask for?!
