Yes, last Apr I've a roof leaks which I 've called around many companies for quotes in the end out of them all I decided to go with Brad for his repair svs, not only his price was reasonable but he seemed to take the time to inspect & explain the issues, even take pics for his before & after works to show us. Anyway, after the fixed for peace of mind he even told me if any issues call him anytime , the job was perfectly done all leaks stop so I didn't even have to bug him.... Just recently, there was heavy rains we seemed to get some water dripped in our bathroom's vent, I called Brad on Fri immediately the next day satursday he showed up & helped fix the issue FREE of charge....
