Very positive experience. Kyle was extremely helpful and insightful installing new rods by figuring out how to open top of Samsung washing machine (a set of bolts were put in that we were unaware of). He recommended we find parts first (found online at Walmart of all places). I highly recommend Graham-Martin Mechanical.

Very professional and courteous. Mark and his team were in quickly and efficiently added insulation and baffles to the attic. Left place very clean. Should pay off with heating and cooling!

Trevor from A Marco Plumbing changed main shut off valve. He was courteous, efficient, and offered sound advice on another item and explanation of work. Also found price to be competitive and fair.

Work entailed removing walls separating livingroom, dining room, and kitchen to create an open concept space. Front closet was also reoriented so as to accomodate cupboards in the kitchen. The end product looks very attractive; however, we did have issues with the quality of some of the work as the project progressed. The project manager, Nick Polifemi, kept us up to date on all construction and costs and took repsonsibility to rectify any issues that came up such as resanding the ceiling, restructuring a closet, painting, and floor installation. He always made himself available to deal with our concerns and continued to check with us to make sure any follow up work was completed to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Nick to anyone looking for a project manager.
