Cannot build a dry house, Less than forthright about deficiencies they made during construction that are not evident when closing. Superficial repairs to major faults. Don't buy one! Have to hire an Engineer to find out what they did wrong to the house they built. V Faults apparent even before closing were not fixed. Still leaking after a couple of years. We did not sweat the small stuff but this is outrageous workmanship! All issues surround roofing , house wrap, brick flashing and water barrier deficiencies.
