On the recent long weekend, our A/C unit was starting to make noises indicating it was on it's last legs. I called Air Point on Monday of the long weekend, and got a call back almost as soon as I hung up the phone. They came the next day to measure everything and provided a quote within an hour of leaving, 4 hours after confirming via email I was scheduled for the install work. They could have done it the next day, but I had to move them out, due to my schedule. On the day of install Vadym and Sasha arrived on time, put down tarps everywhere they were going to need to go, and did a spectacular job installing the new A/C unit, even working in the tight space the outdoor unit needed to go. They took the time to walk me through everything they did and made sure they cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Through and through a great experience.
