We had our carpets cleaned in the family room, 12 stairs leading to the main floor, and high traffic areas in the 3 bedrooms and hallway upstairs. Matt and Justin arrived on time, equipped as per protocol during covid-19 wearing masks, gloves, foot wear etc. They are both very professional, efficient, thorough, and friendly! Quite an amazing team. We have used their carpet and upholstery cleaning services in the past and are always very happy with the results. Thanks to them and 414-so-clean!

Matthew and Justen called to let us know they were on their way. They arrived at the scheduled time and quickly got to work. They cleaned the carpet in our family room, 12 carpeted stairs leading down to the room, and a 3 seater and a 2 seater couch. They were very professional, hard working, friendly and efficient.. we are very please with the results and would highly recommend this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning! Thank you!

The whole experience working with Superior Home Improvements was nothing but positive from beginning to end. Barry the sales rep was very professional and informative, and the young man who did the installation was top notch. We couldn't be more pleased with the product as well. We would highly recommend Superior to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors! Thank you, Egon and Maureen Springer

We came home to find that our furnace would not switch on. The house was feeling very cold. I called Powerstream thinking that the problem was with the Peaksaver thermostat, they recommended I call Enbridge Gas who said it did not sound like a gas problem. I was very frustrated calling back to Powerstream, however I finally got a technician who ruled out their Peaksaver thermostat and recommended I call a furnace repair company.. Direct Energy jumped out at me on the yellow pages and I recognized the name of the company which seemed very reputable. I am really glad that I called them because they resolved the issue within a couple of hours. It turned out to be a burned out ignitor.

Gabriel came and took measurements. The installers came when they said they would and worked quickly and cleanly. The shutters look amazing as you can see my the picture taken in my kitchen. No fuss, no muss..
