Ridiculously expensive. This was for an outdoor faucet replacement. THe service and repair work was fine, but there's no way a simple faucet replacement that took the plumber 45 minutes (including travel time) should cost $250. I will go a different route next time - and would not recommend them to others.

Noble Mechanical was awesome! We had originally hired a different plumbing company through insurance and got screwed over pretty bad (no permits pulled, shoddy work, unreliable for showing up) - so Matt kind of walked into a nightmare. He identified all the deficiencies, helped us deal with insurance to correct them (and help us get reimbursed), did all the work correctly and was reasonably priced. We were so pleased that we used him for all the finishing work as well. Not only was he reliable and showed up when he said he would, he also listened to us and provided us with good advice on achieving what we wanted. He said things like: “I can do that but it would be pretty expensive and I don't think you’re going to see much value. What I would recommend is...” and “If it was my place I would...” Matt was straightforward and honest. Additionally, he took the time to explain our options and made sure we understood the what, how and why of the work he was doing. I can’t tell you how refreshing it was to deal with Matt/Noble Mechanical. I have no reservations in recommending him to others and have added him in my contacts for all our future plumbing needs.
