I was looking for a handyman to come a complete a variety of different household projects- things Ive been putting off for years. Ex. Fixing my garden gate, fixing plaster in my bathroom, creating a new door and trim for my electrical box, replacing my doorbell. Chai was incredibly communicative and collaborative- making sure I was doing things in a cost effective way. I would 10/10 recommend, and will very likely be hiring him again in the future.

I hired Urban Studio to renovate the 2nd floor of my century home, which included a full gut, update of all electrical, plumbing and HVAC, the removal of two walls and shifting the kitchen to a new location. Joseph and team were incredibly efficient, finishing the renovation 4 weeks ahead of schedule. Im very satisfied with their work and would recommend them highly for anyone looking to renovate their home.

Derek and Cole were incredibly professional and helpful in helping me install both central air conditioning and a ductless A/C and heating unit on the third floor. They did a great job of walking me though the installation options available to me, and ultimately delivering the right solution. 10/10!

Mike was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and prompt with his service. He kept me informed throughout his site visit, giving reason to his process and tips to ensure my rat problem goes away for good. I feel like I've found my "go-to" company for pest control, and would absolutely recommend him to anyone with a similar issue.

Ervis was incredibly professional and transparent with me when approaching my drywall and plastering repair job. I had three spots throughout the house that needed repair and he was able to talk though what work was needed, and give a fair estimate for the work. Overall very happy with the process and finished work.
