An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
"Wendy and I wanted to thank you for the very professional job that you completed for us on the main cottage and boat house. The removal of the sky lights and the replacement of the roof in this area was completed in a timely manner. Your effort in getting this job done quickly with a very professional result was much appreciated by our family. The interior finishing resulted in a perfect match with the materials used twenty years ago. The total renovation of the boathouse including the bathroom area has given the boathouse a totally new look. Your ideas have resulted in a more useable space for Chris and Jeff. The gates that you constructed to keep the grandchildren on the decks are a perfect match with the railings. Thanks for a great job. If you need a reference at any time please feel free to have anyone call for a recommendation." ~ Ted & Wendy

Thanks very much Ted and Wendy. The boathouse was a great project and I am glad that the kids are getting a lot of enjoyment out of the new layout.
