We had our old deck removed and a new, two story deck planned by and installed by the deck store. They were great. They arrived on time and completed the project within the scheduled time. We had one minor issue with the plan where the specs were short by one foot and was going to result in the privacy fence partially blocking a window. The sales rep was quick to come out and view our concern in person and have their engineer come and confirm if it could be safely extended and still meet code...it could. As a result of their prompt attention the issue was resolved without any delay to the project or additional cost to us. I would recommend them.

The company completed a main bathroom renovation for us in Feb 2009. They were wonderful, the quote while not the least expensive was reasonable and when a few hitches were identified during the project, there were no additional costs. Plus, the onsite crew were clean and professional and were accommodating to me as I was home on maternity leave with my baby at the time. I would recommend them.
