I have been a long-time customer of HomeWater. I have no complaints. When I had difficulty trying to remove my casing to insert a new filter HomeWater was great at sending a technician out to my home to assist me. That technician was wonderful at going through the procedure step by step and even going so far as to mark up the container to point me in the correct direction to turn the case. I am now excited to have the new upgraded Whole Home HomeWater System. Everyone that I have spoken with at HomeWater has been extremely helpful and courteous. Radu and his team were quick to act on the flood resulting from a clogged drain on my roof. Spare Bedroom, Office, Garage and cold room all saw water damage. Thanks to Silver Lining Restoration all of the damage was fixed swiftly and professionally. Extremely happy with an excellent job.
