I booked an appointment yesterday and the technician Eric, called me today 30 minutes before coming. He was polite, professional, and wore a mask, and figured out very quickly that my dryer had a problem with the heating element. It took a 10 min to replace a new one, and removed all dust from inside the dryer, and it works now. He did really great job! I'd highly recommend this company for appliance repairs!
