Thomas painted a three bedroom house for us and he did a great job. Very detail oriented (essential for a painter!), communicative, on time, and just very straightforward to interact with. Strong recommendations and would definitely hire again.

I booked company for duct cleaning and quoted 200$ for all the ducts. When the guy came he looked around and told my husband we needed all these additional services that cost over 900$. Luckily I came home on time before he was done and brought down the bill to $500, which was still insane for duct cleaning. He claimed to cleaned the furnace ducts and replaced our furnace filter for (charged $200 for that alone). My furnace was replaced a month prior and cleaned back then, and the furnace filter cost $25 on Amazon. He left our furnace room a complete mess, with dirty and dust everywhere. He broke our dryer duct while cleaning it and didn't bother to tell us or fix it. We were totally unaware for the next two weeks and wondered why dryer lint was flying everywhere in the laundry room. This is the worst experience we've ever had. Incredibly dishonest unethical guy.

Frank was very easy to work with and did a great job. He brought his equipment with him and included multiple cameras, video capture of hard to reach places, and infrared gun for heat loss. Both my husband and I, as well as our real estate agent were impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. His inspection report was detailed and helpful. Communication was easy throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.
