The work was to pour a coloured patterned patio, remove and replace some old sidewalk, and install a new section of sidewalk. I found Leo through Homestars and was super happy I hired him. He is very responsive - always quick to answer my questions (there were many) and he really listened to what I was hoping to achieve and then gave me the information needed to help me make decisions. The quote was good value. The work of Leo and his crew was top notch and professional - on time, courteous, clean and tidy, respectful of my property. They worked hard and got my job done before a crazy late spring snowstorm would have stopped everything mid way through. The product certainly shows the pride Leo and his crew took in doing a great job. Above and beyond... they salvaged soil for me instead of hauling it away, and when I came home the final day I found they had replaced some that soil along the edge of new concrete and built a small paving stone step off the end of the sidewalk. Both jobs I was expecting to spend hours doing that afternoon. What an excellent surprise! Do you need a concrete professional? I recommend Patriarch Construction without hesitation!
