Jonathan is a very decent person not running after money (but not will work for free :-)) quoting prices crazily, his price is reasonable and less compared to others and most importantly he will not commit to any other work till the work is finished. I was looking for someone to install Vinyl flooring (On the main floor as well as the Basement) and Bathroom vanity luckily. I found John on the Nextdoor site (I called 6 different contractors and the John's quoted price was low), and without a second thought, I worked with him. The work was clean and he went over and above to install/fix the shoe molding for free (worth $250, I still paid him $150). My wife was happy with the flooring. You know there is a saying, life is happy when the wife is happy :-) Also, I had a project where I ended up spending more money(~25K which was originally estimated at ~15K) with two different contractors, and believe it or not even after spending ~25K, the work was still incomplete(80% of the work was done). I was telling this to John, and he felt bad and helped me finish the work at a very low price. It's a long comment and the reason for writing all this is, Good & honest contractors are tough to find these days. I want to recommend John (6477011716) from JB construction for any kind of renovation. He is a jack of all trades, not to mention but he is master of all. I am sure you will shop around for your work (You should) and try John as well and compare his price. I am confident you will like the price and his work. All the best.

Sherman is knowledgeable, down to earth and very customer friendly. I was in the process of renovating my laundry room, I needed a licensed gas technician's help for my gas dryer. I called at least 5 people [not to mention all licensed tech's are super busy] but Sherman was so generous, he came by & suggested whatever was needed and quoted very reasonable price. As I was doing other renovations, he kind of suggested/recommended the code need to be followed which would help me & my family from the safety perspective. We just met twice, we talk now like we know each other from years. He is super friendly, down to earth and nice attitude.
