Contacted Face Lift Floors to hand-scrape the floors in our cottage and were given an appointment for a quote. Craig came over the next day and was great - polite yet friendly - and after taking a look all around our bottom floor gave us a fair quote. The work itself was completed in a little over a week, which is impressive considering the amount of care taken during the refinishing process. Craig walked us through all the steps he would take before proceeding and most importantly, the scraping process looks lovely and has updated the look of our cottage significantly. Thank you very much for your hard work, we will enjoy it for many years to come.
