I had a large gap develop between my steps and the landing to the sidewalk. True north came in 5 years ago and its still perfect today. I'm really glad I had it fixed as the landing had sunk. They drilled holes, lifted it up and put concrete layer down. You'd never know it and they did a marvelous job.
