These guys are all fabulous. We went in to see them after experiencing trouble with a system that someone else put into our house and they clearly knew so much more than the guys we originally hired. They diagnosed the problem and came up with the fix very quickly while trying to keep the costs down given we had already spent a significant amount with another company. Jamie and Galen were both so professional and informative and the installation guys were just as professional and were so helpful with questions we had. I will go back to use them again if I ever have another opportunity. First rate all the way.

Bought $6700 worth of tiles for a new build which were delivered on 2 skids wrapped in plastic. Installers had a small shower floor installed before we saw the tiles and realized that they shipped us the wrong tiles. It would have cost Sarana about $140 to replace the tiles that they shipped incorrectly to us but they refused saying it was up to us to inspect before installation. We spent $6700 there and would NEVER shop there again with that kind of customer service.
