The people who came in to clean our ducts left spider webs on some of the vents and claimed that they were in fact cleaned. When contacted, they refused to clean them properly and did nothing to resolve this matter. They also installed a humidifier in our house that leaked water onto our furnance and into the ventilation system causing a leakage and a hole in our ceiling. When my husband called them in regards to this matter they were supposed to come for a service call but did not until I booked them for duct cleaning. By then the damage was already done. Please find another company!
