I was told the job would take 2 weeks. It took an additional 4 weeks before I finally had to ask them to remove their machinery out so I could get someone else in to finish the job. The rebuild was a nightmare, I had to constantly call the project manager to find out where the workers were. They were unreliable and shady when it came to money. They were quick on the estimate and collection of the deposit but the then kept asking for more money to “finish” the job. They have a customer service line that called to check on the work, I told them all the issues and they did nothing to really help. The only thing the did is have someone from the corporate office call me to tell I had to pay the remaining balance. I said I would if they finished the job, we scheduled a date and they were again a no show! At the end of the day they removed the mould, but the rebuild was incomplete, they broke my window and didn’t replace it, and never came back to finish the job. The last I heard of them was a TEXT MESSAGE, can we reschedule!! I would not recommend this company. My girlfriend used them around the same time as well and she had to call them back to redo the work because the mould came back.

This is the second company I have used for mould removal in my basement apartment. The first one is not worth mentioning they were horrible. GTA Home Services & Cleaning Co. was professional, on time and on budget. They were a pleasure to work with and very prompt with everything they had to do. If you have any mould issues do not hesitate to call them. They have a list of other services on their website www.gtaclean.com. I have only used the mould removal and if that is any indication of what they work I would not hesitate to use them for any of the other services they provide.
