Update - Lewis and Russ used an oil based primer which they then painted over with latex. Months later the room still has a toxic smell and no one can sleep in there. This is both shocking and unacceptable. I have now read multiple articles about oil based primers which say that they should be left to offgas up to 30 days (!) before painting over the oil base or the VOCs are locked in (despite what the paint can may say). Being professional painters, I would expect Lewis and Russ to know this and allow proper drying time to protect their customer from these damaging toxins. Since the room is no longer liveable, zero stars.
