Had the get a basement renovation done to add another full bathroom, enclosed room and family room type area. Did not have much time to complete this renovation. The team was able to work within our tight timeline and completed our project within the time we had given them. The areas they created is great. My son absolutely loves the new shower in the bathroom. Thank you for creating this space.

Level up group basements

Had ordered windows June 2. Waited to here back after they measured for the windows. When I called the representative that emailed me they no longer worked for the company and had me leave a voicemail with someone else. After 2 weeks and no response I called again and was told to call someone else again and left a message. After another 2 weeks the same thing. I ended up calling the sales representative and he was able to get someone to call me the next day and set up an appointment for the window install. We scheduled the install for Octn15 and 16 and the install was exemplary. The 2 gentlemen that did the install were neat and tidy and very friendly. The unfortunate part is that the people I left messages for finally called me to set up an install date on the 13th of October and never even checked to see that it was already set up. The reason I pushed for the install was to receive the rebate I was promised when I signed up for the windows in June. I was not impressed with their customer service. The sales representative Rick was an amazing help and the 2 gentlemen that did the actual install were amazing too. Just need them to fix their customer service issues.
