these guys were fast. they moved a small one story house to an apartment on the third floor in a matter of two hours, including driving time. They didn't complain about the stairs and were remarkably strong. Deeply impressed!!

These guys blew our minds. Moved a small house into a third floor apartment building with no elevator. Didn't waste one single second. Soooo polite hardworking and considerate about the neighbors. I could not believe the feat these guys pulled off and at such an affordable cost. I am programming them into my phone in case I ever have to move again. They have such great attitudes and I'm still reeling at what seemed superhuman moving skills.

Bought a really nice couch from Homestead. At request they delivered for free on that same day. This was a really fast easy purchase to make. Since we bought the floor model, we didn't have much a choice in color selection but we were shown a book of lots of color and fabric selections. They were so nice as to give our baby a nice little toy as well.

I've bought some of the nicest collectibles at Caviar and Cobwebs in Port Perry. Always worth a weekly gander as the collections are always changing. The nicest items I ever found were two beautiful condition matching chairs. Whenever I am seeking a wood item specifically, I check CC. She collects some of the nicest tools and wooden items that have held up nicely over time.

Gorgeous products and good selection despite such a small storefront. Really nice products and service. Overall great customer service. Would definitely be back again..they have a nice selection of Canadian made products also. Ambiance of the storefront is soooo lovely.

You think when you buy a 500$ stroller, the people you buy it from would be reasonably aware of what they are selling. Everytime I foolishly go in this store, I end up having temper tantrum and my blood pressure rises. How this can happen in a baby store, is beyond me. The owner is ridiculous. He has no idea about business, has a poor rapport with his customers. They have a great selection but come on now....treat customers reasonably. Don't make them wait while you chat on the phone. Don't be evasive about product recalls and be willing to say 'I don't know' if you don't know something...

I've had several one of a kind pieces framed of various sizes by Framers Gallery in Port Perry. Amazing people. VERY good selection and matching. Technique is impecible. They took mismatched pieces, helped me select a consistent matched frame for each that worked with all the pieces yet were unified in their look. I always trust that they will do a great job and always reference all of my other pieces when framing my new ones.

It seems everything I want at this home hardware is always found at the back of store. so strange. overall theres always lots of helpful staff. not alot of a alot but always worth a check in at this small business to see if they have what I want without having to trek into one of the huge stores. Great deals on basic gardening tools.

My household has spent alot of time with Lee Valley from crafts for the kids to heavy duty tools for heavy duty craftsmanship for the business. Really great selection of much needed tho rare and specialized tools. The storefront on King is a little lacking but the catalouges are awesome. Wasn;t worth the gander downtown but always look forward to a good ol' Lee Valley catalouge!

I threw down 100 happily on swatches for a art project I created for my bedroom wall. Specializing in some of the most interesting and difficult find designed fabrics that usually can only be found online. I love macfab. I wish they were still down in at Bathurst and Queen... :(

I've spent many $ in fabriclands. Many fabriclands are hit or miss. Always good deals. The best fabriclands I've been to are the one at Yonge/Bloor and the one in Pembroke Ontario. I was weary of the one at Jane/Bloor is it is still there.

Very helpful when slecting paint for my front door. Helped me determine the best colors based on my neighbourhood and the best paints to use. (this is the one on Bayview in Leaside) Also a fantastic group working and owning there. Love the model train the front window. Very community oriented business despite being a chain. Obviously very knowledgeable and caring.

Excellent service and updating of my old bathroom. Polite, fast, affordable and a small family business. Clearly an honest guy with a good work ethic. Nice selection of options and availability.
