We cannot say enough about what a fantastic transition Grand Floors has made to our house. Andrew (installer) was absolutley phenomemal, and takes pride in the work that he does. He tore out old Bruce hardwood that I called bowling alley, and replaced with a wider, more modern Preverco Hardwood, and replaced the old handrailing with wrought iron spindles, and colour matched the handrail to the flooring. Such a pleasure to rid of old carpeting in the bedrooms as well, and replace with new hardwood. Looks fabulous! We would like to express a huge thank you to Greg (owner), Andrew (installer), the lady (sorry did not get her name) , who came and touched up the plugs in the handrail and the showroom staff. Highly recommend, and a job well done.
