Very disappointed with their service.
I ordered the trailer in March, Tyler the CEO told me that it takes 2 weeks to build. 1 month after I ordered it Tyler called me to to ask questions about the trailer options. I asked him" Why would you ask me what options I need when the order was done 1 month ago? By now I should have picked it up?" Now we are mid September ( 6 months already) and I don't have my trailer yet. Interesting enough, They called me today asking me to send them the graphics for the exterior wrap - which I have already sent to them 6 months ago Today is Sept 17th 2020, I have no idea when my trailer will arrive.
